A terrifying clown has returned to Skelmorlie for another Halloween to scare residents young and old.
The mysterious figure, which has a resemblance to the Stephen King's popular 'IT' clown, first appeared in the village in 2021 in a number of videos posted on social media.
The clown left a number of red balloons around the village, with footage also capturing it walking around Skelmorlie's streets late at night.
Last year the clown also left red balloons and clues around the village, with people asked to find them and solve the riddles, which have spelled out the word CLOWN.
In this year's video, the clown can be seen returning to the village, and reading a flyer promoting a film project by the Skelmorlie Scout Group.
Videos of the clown are posted to local Facebook pages under the name Cole Deimos, but residents are still none the wiser as to the figure's true identity.
