RIVER Clyde Homes have started assessing the viability of their stock across the area.
The association needs to check compliance of properties with The Scottish Housing Quality Standard and The Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.
Condition surveyors are visiting each area and the scheduled programme for the next two weeks is Broomhill from October 16 and the town centre from October 23.
