GREENOCK Wanderers have closed their clubhouse after the roof suffered damage amid high winds.
The rugby club says part of the roof has come loose and is ‘a danger to property and life’.
Management have taped off the area, as well as closing the car park due to the safety concerns.

Greenock has been battered by high winds for much of today, with the Met Office recording gusts of up to 47mph.
In a social media post, Wanderers said: “Nobody should be walking round the side of the rugby club until the high winds cease and we have an opportunity to repair.
“Details of the clubs opening times on Saturday will be announced once the roof has been assessed.”
