GREENOCK-based bus firm McGill's has axed evening services two nights in a row after what it described as 'attacks'.
The company has made the decision to no longer run buses to the Auchenback area of Barrhead after 5pm to 'keep everyone safe'.
The Telegraph reported earlier this year that a terrified child came within inches of serious injury after yobs hurled a brick through the window of a bus in Port Glasgow.

A gang of mindless hooligans 'ambushed' the McGill's X7 service in a nighttime attack, with around a dozen passengers on board when the window was smashed.
McGill's bosses branded the incident - which caused £1,000 worth of damage - a ‘reprehensible attack’.
