RIVER Clyde Homes has received almost 500 complaints from tenants in the past year, according to the housing provider's annual report.
RCH, which manages more than 6,000 properties throughout Inverclyde, revealed that 456 complaints have been lodged by customers during 2022/23, while one eviction was enforced due to anti-social behaviour.
Meanwhile, the average time taken by Home Fix Scotland - the housing association's repairs and maintenance subsidiary - to carry out emergency and non-emergency repairs has improved from the previous 12 months, to just over three hours for the former and 10 days for the latter.
