A WOMAN has been charged with spitting on someone's face after allegedly ‘repeatedly pursuing’ two people at a Greenock property.
Taylor Johnston, 24 — who is also accused of struggling violently with police — is said to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards two women at an address on Bridgend Road.
It is alleged that she shouted, swore, spat on the floor and repeatedly pursued the pair, as well as striking and breaking a clock on May 18 last year.

A further charge alleges that Johnston, of Auchmead Road, behaved in a threatening manner towards police, by shouting, swearing and uttering offensive remarks.
She has pleaded not guilty to all of the the charges through defence solicitor Aidan Gallagher at the sheriff court.
A trial is scheduled to take place next March.
