FERRY services have been hit with disruption this morning as Storm Gerrit lands on Inverclyde’s shores.
CalMac’s Gourock-Dunoon route is suspended and will be reviewed at 11am, as well as its Gourock-Kilcreggan service - which will be reviewed at 12:30pm.
Western Ferries suspended its sailings between Gourock and Dunoon due to the conditions this morning. Sailings resumed following a review at 10am.
A yellow weather warning for rain and snow is currently in place in Inverclyde until 9pm.
The Met Office says the storm may result in disruption to travel and power supplies.
