MORTON has warned its travelling support to leave plenty of time for tomorrow's trip to Inverness after forecasters issued a yellow weather warning.
The match is due to kick off at the Caledonian Stadium at 3pm, but the Met Office's alert will be in place from 8am.
Earlier this week, drivers were left stranded on the A9 - the main route to Inverness - as miles of vehicles became stuck in the snow.

In a statement, the club said: “Although the forecast for today and tomorrow morning is relatively good, from early afternoon tomorrow there is a forecast for snow along parts of the A9 between Perth and Inverness.
Low pressure will bring more wet and windy weather to the UK and warnings for heavy rain, strong winds and snow have been issued for this weekend ⚠️

“Everybody will have seen the images circulating from earlier this week where the A9 was unpassable at points, and although it is not forecast to be as bad, we still encourage everybody to take caution when travelling in those conditions.”
Forecasters say the conditions could cause disruption on roads, with the possibility of delays and cancellations to rail services also.
