A GREENOCK-BASED bus operator has expanded its network with the launch of a new airport route.
McGill’s has introduced a new Bright Bus service between Edinburgh’s city centre and its airport.
The Airport Express runs every 15 minutes to create a ‘seamless and enjoyable experience’ for passengers.
McGill’s says the service offers the ‘quickest journey times of any public transport option between the city and the airport’.
The buses will also make stops at spots such as Waverley and Haymarket railway stations, Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Zoo.

“Bright Bus has been a great success for McGill’s Group and we are keen to spread the magic of this start-up, friendly brand across the city, so incoming visitors and locals alike can reap the benefits of cheaper, faster, brighter and more sustainable travel options to and from Edinburgh Airport.
“The whole team is thrilled to be launching Bright Bus Airport Express and growing public transport usage across Edinburgh.”
