The Scholars: First look at new Greenock west end houses

Twenty-four terraced villas and six terraced houses are being constructed at the former Greenock Academy site on Madeira Street, now called The Scholars.

CCG Homes began work in November and a show home is expected to open in the summer, with first entry for homeowners anticipated before the end of the year.

Three house types - The Muir, Mara, and The Orin - are available.

The properties have now launched to the market with prices starting at £335,000.
