A NEW tenant has been found for a vacant office in the heart of Greenock town centre.
The commercial premises on Nicolson Street above the former McClure's and betting shop will soon have new occupiers.
Property agents Bowman Rebecchi say the premises are now 'under offer' after some time on the market.
They feature a mixture of open plan accommodation and small office space.
The new occupiers are yet to be revealed, with further details 'to follow upon completion of the missives'.
