A COMMUNITY project is launching a 'Spring Potato Week' to help people in Inverclyde grow their own food.
Inverclyde Community Food Network has organised the campaign for the second year in a row, with lots of events taking place.
There will be tours of community gardens, activities and cooking classes.
They are teaming up with partners from Parklea Branching Out, Craigend Resource Centre, Belville Community Garden, Shore Street Garden, Lyle Gateway, Blooming Inverkip, West College Scotland and the foodbank.
It begins on Monday April 3 with a picnic at Gourock's Shore Street gardens from 10am to 2pm.
