TELE photographer George Munro rounds up the week in pictures.
Pic1: It was something of a morale booster for Inverclyde when the ferry MV Glen Sannox at last made her first self-propelled trip down the Clyde. Crowds and a large number of media gathered to see the vessel off on her first, proper sail 'doon the watter'.
Pic2: I took this picture in anticipation of what the newly installed lamp posts on Greenock's Battery Park will look like when they eventually flood the much loved recreation area with light on dark winter nights.
Pic3: It was lovely to see Clydeview Academy pupil Ailsa Russell being presented with a rare medal for her involvement in the Royal Honours of Scotland ceremony following the passing of Queen Elizabeth. The medal was presented by the Right Honourable Lord Lyon Dr Joseph Morrow during his visit to the school this week.
Pic4: Yet another cannabis farm was uncovered in the heart of Greenock's west end with police surrounding the Sir Gabriel Wood Mariner's Home on Newark Street.
I also managed to catch a shot of police arresting suspects at the scene, who have since appeared in court facing prosecution.
