INVERCLYDE'S SNP council group is supporting a Westminster motion which calls for an end to the Israel-Gaza war.
SNP MPs will demand on Wednesday an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, highlighting that the death toll has now risen beyond 28,000.
SNP politicians will also call for the immediate release of all hostages taken by Hamas, and an end to the 'collective punishment' of the Palestinian people.
Inverclyde's SNP group says it 'fully supports' the motion.
