BOSSES at the Beacon Arts Centre are aiming to attract 80,000 visitors through the venue's doors during the coming year.
Arts centre bosses are looking to increase the number of people booking seats for performances, exhibitions and community sessions throughout the week.
The target has been set as part of a funding agreement with Inverclyde Council.
Last year 75,000 people visited the Beacon.
Councillors will be asked to agree to a funding deal worth up to £180,000 a year for the venue at a meeting of the education and communities committee due next week.
