INVERCLYDE residents are being invited to a free mindfulness session to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
Your Voice will host the event at its Clyde Square office on May 17.
Staff member Jacqui will lead the session, which will run from 2pm to 3.30pm.
Mindfulness is a technique used to relax the mind and reduce stress.
It focuses on being present in the moment and being aware of your mind, body and surroundings.
