PLANS to build a timber summerhouse in the back garden of a home in Greenock's west end conservation area are being considered by council officials.
An Octavia Terrace homeowner has submitted the proposal for the wooden structure, which they say would be used as an outdoor family space.
The application is currently pending consideration.
