Pic 1: The first of two cranes to be erected on the quayside of Greenock Ocean Terminal has made a noticeable change to the Inverclyde skyline. The imposing structure in the new Peel Ports livery will come into operation later in the year.
Pic 2: Cunard vessels visiting our shores always seem to draw more positive public comment than some of the large, blocky ships that dock here. I took this shot of Cunard's newest and largest ship Queen Anne as she glided past Gourock on her way to the ocean terminal.
Pic 3: I made this picture as striking lecturers of West College Scotland took their fight to the door of Inverclyde MSP Stuart McMillan as part of their ongoing struggle for better pay.
Pic 4: Inverclyde was very much in the media spotlight when Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer unveiled his party's 'six steps for Scotland at Greenock's Beacon.
I took this shot of Mr Starmer at Greenock Ocean Terminal during a fact-finding mission that was part of his visit.
