LICENSING fee income increased in Inverclyde during 2023-24.
Council officials say that liquor licensing fees reached £84,091 for the 12-month period, in a slight rise from 2022-23.
This was due to an increase in the number of applications being made.
The outlay to run the licensing service was £93,529, made of up of staff costs of over £73k plus other expenditure of £20k.
