THE largest housing association in Inverclyde has retained a customer service excellence award for the third year in a row.
Bosses at River Clyde Homes today hailed it as a 'remarkable achievement' which 'underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality service to our customers'.
The award is made to organisations that demonstrate exceptional service standards. Earning this accreditation signifies that River Clyde Homes has once again surpassed the rigorous criteria set forth by the Customer Service Excellence organisation.
Heather Mitchell, senior customer services manager at RCH Group, said: "This achievement is a source of great pride for River Clyde Homes, and we are committed to upholding these high standards of excellence in the years to come."
