A PRISONER is accused of having illicit sim cards within Greenock jail.
According to prosecutors, Craig Convery, 46, was found in possession of four sim cards without reasonable excuse on May 2 last year.
Defence lawyer Paul Cook said the matter may be capable of resolution.
Sheriff Sean Lynch scheduled a notional trial diet for July 15.
