TALENTED Inverclyde creatives will be showcasing their work at an event in one of Greenock's best-known buildings this weekend.
Artists who are in residence at the Old West Kirk on the Esplanade have organised a summer art fair and open studio day which will take place on Sunday.
Nicola Young, Yvonne Lyon, Linda Ross, Lucy Dorian, and Alec Galloway have joined forces with the building's owners Marco and Tanya Medinelli to run the event from 11am to 4pm.
People will get the chance to chat to artists, look around their studio spaces in the kirk, and visit the cafe, and another 15 creatives will be based in the Pirrie Hall.
Artist Nicola Young said: "We support Marco and Tanya's idea of making the church and its buildings accessible to the wider community, and thought a summer craft fair would be the perfect way for us to raise awareness.
"We would love to see a lot of people coming along.
"It will be a great way for people to spend some time this weekend, and everyone will be made very welcome."
