GREENOCK star Martin Compston will be teeing off against other celebrities at a Charity Golf Day at the Mar Hall resort - all in aid of Ardgowan Hospice.
Martin will be joined by broadcaster Gordon Smart and Scottish football legends Frank McAvennie, Rab Douglas and Gordon Dalziel.
All are confirmed to attend, as well as Spanish professional golfer Rafa Cabrera-Bello.
Taking place next Monday, July 8, the event promises an unforgettable day of sport and camaraderie, with proceeds going towards providing compassionate care and support for a very worthy local charity.
Proceeds from the day will go to Ardgowan Hospice in Greenock which supports and cares for people living across Inverclyde who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, such as cancer, heart failure, lung disease, kidney failure or neurological conditions.
This includes vital physical and medical support alongside practical, emotional and wider social support for the individuals and their families.
Tickets for the charity golf day cost £125 per person and spaces are limited. To secure a place email golf@marhall.com. To find out more about the wider resort and book a stay call 0141 812 9999 or visit www.marhall.com.
