PLANS to use a flat in Greenock for short term letting have been approved.
Permission is has been granted to use the Wellington Street property as holiday accommodation.
The planning application states the property will be used as an Airbnb and that steps will be taken to ensure guests do not arrive or depart between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
It is anticipated that the typical stay will be one week and that around 30-40 lets will be made per year.
