CALMAC is due to reinstate a number of sailings which have been cancelled for almost a month.

Due to a review of crew availability, selected sailings between Gourock and Dunoon have been cancelled from Monday to Saturday since June 3.

The ferry operator is due to reintroduce the 11:35am and 6:35pm services from Gourock and 12:05pm and 7:05pm journeys from Dunoon on Wednesday.

The 10:05am and 8:10pm from Gourock and 10:35am and 8:40pm from Dunoon will remain cancelled until August 31.

In addition, Tuesday sailings from Gourock at 10:35pm and Dunoon at 11:05pm are yet to be reinstated.

CalMac says it will provide an update for September 2 onwards in the week commencing August 26.
