A NUMBER of playschemes are now underway across Inverclyde to help keep little ones busy this summer.
Inverclyde Council in running free sessions at various locations until August 2.
Activities will be held at Kilmacolm Primary, St Michael’s Primary, St Patrick’s Primary, St Joseph’s Primary, Wemyss Bay Primary and Moorfoot Primary.
A further playscheme will be hosted at Auchmountain Community Resource Centre until July 26 – with the exception of July 10 and July 12.
The sessions will run from 9:30pm until 4:30pm, with an hour lunch break at 12:30pm.
Each playscheme will operate on a first come, first serve basis.
St Michael’s and St Patrick’s Primary will be serving lunch to children who book in for the full day each morning.
For venues with no lunch provision, children must leave at the break and return for the afternoon if they wish to attend all day.
