AN ALLEGED thief charged with stealing from a Greenock town centre flat is due to face the allegation at a trial tomorrow.
Anthony Murray is accused of helping himself to a purse and its contents from a property on Sir Michael Street almost two years ago.
The 36-year-old, of Anne Street, was allegedly subject to bail conditions at the time of the reported offence on September 29, 2022.
Murray, who pleaded not guilty through solicitor Aidan Gallagher during a hearing at Greenock Sheriff Court last week, is set to stand trial tomorrow.
