CARERS Gateway Inverclyde have arranged a packed calendar of free events for local carers to take part in this summer.
The organisation's programme for adult carers kicks off on July 30 with a day out to Culzean Castle.
A tea dance aimed at adult carers and a friend or loved one is also being held on August 1 at St John's Church in Greenock.
Adult carers are also being offered the chance to take their families on a trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park on August 13.
For young carers, the group have arrange a day out to Five Sisters Zoo next Tuesday, an event at Bullseye Sports Bar in Greenock on July 30 and a back to school disco for those aged between eight and 16 on August 16.
There will also be weekly groups running throughout the summer.
