AN HILARIOUS comedy set in a secondary school at the time of the last Labour landslide is coming to the Beacon later this year.

It's May 1997. Tony Blair has won the election and Katrina and the Waves have won Eurovision. No-one knows who Harry Potter is. Britain is the coolest place in the world.

But there is chaos at a local secondary school. Things can only get better.

Greenock Players is staging Education, Education, Education which premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 where it won a Fringe First Award before touring the UK.

Tickets for Education, Education, Education written by the The Wardrobe Ensemble are now on sale at the Beacon Arts Centre.

The show runs on September 20 and 21 at 7.30pm and tickets cost £14.
