TWO Greenock flats are to be auctioned this week with opening bids of £3,000.
Bidding will open on the Belville Street properties at 10am on Thursday, with the auction ending at 3pm.
Future Property Auctions says the flats are currently ‘not suitable for habitation’ and require full upgrades throughout.
Both properties are said to have a potential rental income of around £400 per month – or £4,800 annually – following the completion of the necessary repairs.
The flats each have a large hallway with storage space, two double bedrooms, ‘generous’ lounges with feature fireplaces and fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
They are said to be in ‘high demand’ rental locations, lying in walking distance from Cartsdyke train station.
