AN ‘indulgent’ P&O cruise ship has arrived on the Clyde as she nears the end of a 16-day trip around the British Isles.
Arcadia sailed into Greenock this morning, having left Lerwick in Shetland on Saturday.
She departed Southampton on July 11 and has so far made stops in Cork, Holyhead, Killybegs, Stornoway and Orkney.
The 11-deck ship will continue on to Belfast tomorrow and Liverpool on Thursday, before returning to Southampton on Saturday.
Arcadia can carry up to 2,450 passengers and boasts a total of 15 restaurants and bars, two pools and five entertainment venues.
The adult-only vessel was built the early 2000s and was initially allocated to Cunard Line to become their Queen Victoria, but was later transferred to P&O’s fleet.
