MAJESTIC Cunard cruise ship Queen Anne has glided into Greenock on her second visit to the town event as she nears the end of a 14-day trip.

She departed Southampton on July 14 and has since made stops in Invergordon and Kirkwall.

From Orkney, Queen Anne travelled on to Iceland’s Reykjavic and Isafjordur.

The ship departed Akureyri in the north of Iceland on Tuesday before setting sail for the Clyde.

Queen Anne embarked on her maiden voyage from Southampton in May and paid her first visit to Greenock on June 1.

She is the fourth ship in Cunard’s current fleet – joining Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.
