SOME of the best loved music from the movies and big band hit will be performed in a Greenock church.
The Music Academy for Schools will be taking part in a concert in the Lyle Kirk later this week in aid of Inverclyde Foodbank.
There will be scores from the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladdin and Slumdog Millionaire.
Join the wind and swing band for Fly Me to the Moon and many more.
It promises to be a great night showcasing some outstanding young talent while supporting local families.
The free concert, with donation to the foodbank welcome, takes place on Thursday August 1 at 7.30pm.
