SEVERAL fire appliances responded to reports of a blaze at a property in Greenock late last night.
Firefighters were sent to Lynedoch Street after being alerted at around 10:12pm.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “Operations control immediately mobilised two appliances and an aerial height appliance to the location, however the fire had been extinguished prior to our arrival.
“Crews left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe.”
