SEVERAL properties in Greenock are to go under the hammer next this week – including a flat with an opening bid of £17,000.
A number of residential and commercial units in the town are listed in Future Property Auctions’ online event taking place on Thursday.
One flat, situated in Greenock’s West End, is described as having a ‘fantastic rental potential’ of £525 per month.
The South Street property is home to an open plan lounge and kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Future Property Auctions has set an opening bid of £17,000 for the flat.
Elsewhere, a two-bedroom flat on Bawhirley Road will be auctioned with a starting price of £45,000.
The property features an entrance hallway, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
A cellar located in the basement of the building will be included in the sale.
In the town centre, a number of commercial investment opportunities are available, including first floor office suite on Nicolson Street with an opening bid of £44,000.
A double retail unit on Kilblain Street will be also auctioned, as well as a sizeable West Blackhall Street unit located across two floors – both of which will start at £94,000.
The online auction will begin at 10am and run until 3pm on Thursday.
