A TRIO of colossal cruise ships is set to visit Inverclyde next week.
The first of the visitors will be the 4,300-passenger Regal Princess, which has already made several stop offs in Greenock this season.
The impressive vessel is set to arrive on Monday.
Her visit will be followed by the arrival of the eye-catching AIDAbella, a firm favourite with local cruise ship enthusiasts and photographers.
The smiling ship, which was named for her beauty, has space for 2,500 passengers and crew.
The third and final visitor of the week will be the enormous Carnival Legend on Thursday.
A long-time visitor to Greenock, the 2,500-passenger ship weight over 88,500 tonnes and was christened by English actress Dame Judi Dench in 2002.
Her arrival will be next week’s last, with the next scheduled ship after that being Nautica, which will arrive on August 19.
