A NEW remix from a team of Inverclyde artists has received its first radio play just hours after being released.
Gourock DJ Bruce Glenny’s version of Mainstage by The Laurettes was played on Go Radio’s breakfast show this morning.
The song was released on iTunes and across all streaming platforms at midnight.
Bruce joined duo Lauren O’Donoghue and Lynette Beaton as they were interviewed by host Crofty before the tune was played on his show.
Lauren told Go Radio: “We had always had the vision when we wrote it that it’s going to be the festival tune.
“Bruce has just taken it to that next level.
“It’s just a feel good tune.”
