A FORMER head teacher and member of the local tourist group will be using photography to take a look back at lockdown.

Retired Betty Terris, who was the head teacher at Lady Alice Primary, is set to be the guest speaker at this months Inverclyde Heritage Network's talk this Friday.

She will be showing images that both defined the spirit of the people and the difficulties faced by so many during the pandemic.

Inverclyde Heritage Network invites people from all walks of life to celebrate the community on Friday in the Watt Hall at the Watt Institution at 1pm.

All are welcome to come along.
