DEVELOPERS are planning to turn a former Greenock solicitors' office into six short term let units.
Borland Property are applying to turn the first floor and attic premises, which was previously occupied by Blair & Bryden, into serviced accommodation.
The application for 20A Union Street in to is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council officials.
Borland Property made a similar application in June 2023 but later withdrew it.
Blair and Bryden is currently based in the Cathcart Square.
