A MAN has been ordered to pay a fine after he admitted ‘struggling violently’ with three others during an incident at an Inverclyde holiday park.
Taylor Docherty, 21, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at Wemyss Bay Holiday Park on October 18, 2022.
Docherty, of Lanarkshire, previously pleaded guilty to adopting an aggressive manner and repeatedly shouting and swearing at the three men, who he later struggled with.
He was on a bail order from Airdrie Sheriff Court at the time.
Sheriff James Varney fined Docherty £160 when he appeared for sentencing at Greenock Sheriff Court.
