INVERCLYDE Council have given the go-ahead for a former hair salon in Greenock's town centre to be turned into a pilates studio.
The temporary change-of-use proposal has been granted for Sherlocks at 124 Cathcart Street, Greenock and lasts for three years.
Planning bosses received a change of use application in June in relation to the Sherlocks premises on Cathcart Street.
A month later the applicant was given the go-ahead to open up a pilates studio.
