An Azamara cruise ship which made the Clyde its home during the Covid-19 lockdown has made a surprise visit to Greenock today.
Azamara Quest was due to visit Oban but was instead rerouted to Greenock Ocean Terminal.
The vessel spent 13 months at King George V Dock in Shieldhall after the pandemic struck in 2020.
She was joined at the Glasgow dock by sister ships Azamara Pursuit and Azamara Journey.
The 11-deck luxury vessel recently left Oslo on an 11-day one-way trip to Dublin.
She has so far visited Leith, Aberdeen, Invergordon and Kirkwall – with stops also scheduled in the Isle of Man and Liverpool before she reaches the Irish capital on Friday.
Today marks Azamara Quest's second visit to Greenock of the season, with the ship having stopped off in the town on July 20.
