WOMEN across Inverclyde who are running their own businesses, or considering setting up their own ventures, are being encouraged to attend a gathering in Greenock next week.
Inverclyde Council is hosting an Inverclyde Women In Business networking event at the Beacon Arts Centre on Tuesday, August 27.
The council initiative is open to women who run companies of all shapes and sizes, across all sectors.
At the event, attendees will get the chance to network and will hear from a 'Spotlight On' speaker.
A light buffet will be served from 6pm and the event will run from 6.30-8pm.
The event is free and spaces should be booked via www.eventbrite.co.uk.
