A MAN accused of kicking a neighbour’s door in a tower block of flats in Greenock and shouting violent threats has had his sheriff court trial date pushed back.
According to prosecutors, Neil Dunn acted aggressively, shouted, swore and uttered threats of violence at a neighbouring address within the Royal Court building on Bearhope Street.
Dunn, 48, is charged with booting the door of the property during the alleged incident on April 3 this year.
The case has been delayed for the completion of a video identification parade and proceedings are due to call again in October.
An adjourned trial has been scheduled for November 13.
