AN APPLICATION to build a detached house in Inverkip is set to be decided by councillors next week.
The plans are for a new property on land adjacent to Langhouse Mews in the village.
Nine objections have been received raising concerns over further green belt development; design; impacts on a listed building; overlooking; loss of daylight; parking; construction noise and traffic; and rights of access.
There has been one representation in favour.
Councillors will decide if the plans get the green light at a meeting of the local authority's planning board on September 4.
