Electric car owners are in for a boost if a new charging point gets the go-ahead.
There are plans to install two electric charging bays near to Auchmead Road in Greenock.
The application includes an electric charging point and a substation.
The charging station would be approximately 2m high, with a width of approximately 0.7m and depth of approximately 0.5m.
The substation would be approximately 1.8m high and approximately 1.8m wide with an approximate depth of 0.4m.
A dropped kerb is to be formed onto Auchmead Road.
There are no objections and it will go in front of councillors on September 4.
