INVERCLYDE film fans are being invited to join a cinematic celebration this weekend with reduced ticket prices for a whole host of blockbusters.
Greenock's Waterfront Cinema is taking part in National Cinema Day on Saturday as the annual event promoting the big screen experience returns.
Participating sites, including the Greenock venue, are offering tickets to all screenings from just £4 - but bookings should be made in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.
Recent releases such as It Ends With Us, Inside Out 2 and Alien: Romulus feature in the offer alongside more of the summer's hottest movies.
