DESIGNS for a large new detached house on the outskirts of Inverkip have been approved by planners.
The proposal involves a site within the grounds of the Bell House on Langhouse Road.
Permission for the principle of developing a house there had previously been given by Inverclyde Planning Board last September.
Consent for detailed designs was still required, and proposals for a four-bedroom property, submitted by Rebecchi Architectural, have now been given permission by Inverclyde Council officials.
