A total of 130 people participated in the latest Greenock parkrun.

The event saw a mix of runners, joggers, and walkers, with 12 first-timers and 19 participants achieving a new personal best.

Evie Booth and Luke Morrison were among the newcomers completing their first-ever parkrun.

Runners from various clubs, including Glasgow South Running Club, Northern Navigators Orienteering Club, and East Kilbride AC, also joined the event.

Two young runners, Daisy Collins and Abby Leung, improved their times to 29:45 and 38:43, respectively.

Several participants reached significant milestones.

Stuart Hodge completed his 25th run, Adam Wilson his 50th, and both Wenda Crawford and Ronnie Marshall reached their 100th.

Ronnie Marshall has completed all his parkruns at Greenock.

Stephen Reid, a regular runner and volunteer, marked his 50th volunteer credit.

Dylan Crawford was the first male to finish with a time of 16:14, followed by Robert Paterson at 17:00 and Paul Monaghan at 17:24.

Jill Cox was the first woman to cross the line in 18:24, with Cara Hoey and Lynne Harrison finishing in 22:09 and 23:54, respectively.

Among junior runners, Luc Johnson completed the course in 19:57, Cara McDougall in 24:14, and Mason Gregory in 26:17.

The event was supported by 25 volunteers.
