THE recovery community came together recently for a special festival to offer hope and ensure no one feels alone.
Hope in the Square organised by Your Voice was once again a massive success with music, art and support.
As part of the celebration of recovery at Clyde Square they were joined by other partners from across Inverclyde including the Salvation Army, Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs, Moving On Inverclyde and the Samaritans.
Third sector organisers CVS Inverclyde were there alongside the community link workers, Women's Aid and a host of other groups showcasing the
Your Voice Recovery co-ordinator Dean Ferrie said: "It has been a massive success and we were overwhelmed by the support from all those involved.
"We would to thank everyone who turned up."
We recently highlighted Dean's incredible recovery from heroin addiction thanks to the Haven and he is also a member of Hope Church.
